  • Tori Mcnoe

    Tori Mcnoe

    HEAD OF THE LIGHTHOUSE
    Raukawa, Te Arawa - Ngāti Tahu/Ngāti Whaoa, Pākehā

    Besides leading The Lighthouse, Tori is also literally the poster child for our programmes; she was an OG committee member when Momentum was created; and was instrumental in spinning out Momentum. Tori took a two year hiatus to research and develop our Te Kōara committee and has returned to lead us all into an exciting future. With a passion for system change and seeing the future reflected in our Ecosystem, she led The Lighthouse to its fruition and is ready to see it shine.

    You will never catch her un-caffeinated.

    Greta Holland

    PROGRAMME LEAD
    RETURN ON SCIENCE

    A passionate young scientist, Greta is driven to move groundbreaking concepts from the lab to the global market. She has rapidly established expertise in biotechnology and global venture development, focusing specifically on cutting-edge diagnostic technologies. This experience has given her a mature understanding of the commercial lifecycle. Beyond her professional work, Greta has been committed to developing talent by connecting STEM students with industry leaders.

    Outside of work you'll find her amongst the vege garden or in the bush!

    Jardin Green

    PROGRAMME LEAD

    With his engineering background, Jardin’s skill lies in building robust foundations, networks and processes. His deep passion to make a difference, coupled with his talent for making things work efficiently and effectively, are powerful forces for impact for Momentum. He stewards and builds our Momentum Programme to it’s potential, understanding and connecting with all things Student Entreprenuership and Innovation.

    He also talks A LOT about sports.

    Natalie Saunders

    PROGRAMME ANALYST
    TE KŌARA
    Ngāti Kahungunu ki Wairoa me ki Heretaunga

    Natalie supports Te Kōara by building community and idea pathways for Māori. Connection and Navigation are key to her mahi, jumping in the waka beside hāpori māori to guide them through the commercialisation ecosystem. Tautoko is the key element of her job, supporting to link the right pūkenga and mātauranga together throughout the journey of each of our projects.

    The Gen Z energy in the team, grounding us in a rangatahi Māori perspective, she also supports our team by doing anything and everything (with the aid of an odd airbrush tattoo)!

    CONTEXT & COMMS LEAD

    Kate makes sense of the way in which we and our programmes operate, communicate and show up. Rooted in storytelling and a love for future-focused, contextual leadership, Kate was a driving force behind the creation of The Lighthouse as a concept. Kate’s on-paper skills see her as a master copywriter, storyteller, and theatre queen. Around here she is known for navigating all of our complex community perspectives and finding clarity, reflected in our stories, content and the way we speak about our mahi.

    She is also our collective parent and hauls us all into line when we need it.
